Diesel Pizza Oven

Diesel burning oven, built from stone in the inside and a steel mechanical structure from the outside, its temperature is high compared to the gas or wood ovens. The internal temperature of this oven can attend 650°C. Some types of baked patisseries require very high temperatures such as Arabic bread and some types of cakes, pizza, and (sfiha).
The oven is very insulated with the best material of insulation like ceramic fiber blanket, providing acceptable levels of energy efficiency and safety at temperatures below  (650°C). This performance is more than adequate for conventional cooking temperatures of (300 °C – 450°C).
